What is Kratom?

Mitragyna speciosa commonly known as Kratom is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family native to Southeast Asia. M. speciosa is indigenous to Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Papua New Guinea. The Kratom leaf contains alkaloid compounds called mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine which are used traditionally in Southeast Asia.

Which Kratom strain should I choose?

Each strain has its own unique properties, aromas, and auras. If you're new to Kratom, we recommend starting with a variety to see the differences. Generally, red strains are popular with those in search of peace, harmony and calm. Green strains are usually bright and balanced for calm and focused individuals. White strains are rich and luminous with invigorating aromas for energetic individuals.

How much kratom should I use?

It can be different for everyone, but in general, it is best to start small if you are new to kratom. A common practice would be starting with 2 grams or 3 capsules to see how it affects you. The intended effects of Kratom can be lost if too much is taken. As always, exercise caution and common sense when using Kratom products. Please enjoy responsibly.

How can I find out more about Kratom?

We encourage you to research this wonderful botanical before ordering. It is also your responsibility to investigate and be aware of the rules and regulations surrounding Kratom for your own specific area. Since Kratom is an all natural food product, each strain varies between vendors and batches can even vary at the same vendor. Are your products tested?

Yes. We choose quality at every step of our process to ensure our products are pure. We chose our suppliers after a lengthy investigation process to ensure the products would be consistently high quality. We regularly conduct quality testing with US-based ISO/ IEC 17025:2005 food laboratories to ensure the products are safe to consume under AHPA standards for botanical supplement ingredients. We strive to conduct good manufacturing practices (GMP) and are working toward the certification of our facilities. We are supporters of the AKA (American Kratom Association) and their fight to keep kratom safe and legal.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Credit Cards, Strike App, E-Check, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Gpay, cryptocurrencies, Collect on Delivery (COD), cash, check or money order via USPS mail. If you have a checking account, you can easily pay online using the E-Check processing service. For App based payments, include your username in the order comment section and we'll send an invoice within a day. For cryptocurrency payments, specify your desired currency in the order comment section and we'll send an invoice to your email address after your order. For COD orders, we will ship the order out right away and the USPS mail person will collect payment. If you are not home for the delivery, you can pick it up and pay at your local post office. Debit Cards are OK to use for COD. For check/cash by mail orders, we will wait for your payment before shipping the product unless you are a repeat cusomer. We will also include pre-stamped envelopes in your order to make it a streamlined process next time. If paying by mail, please send your payment in a timely manner. Thank you!

What is your return policy?
